Wanting to share

Hi, name is Rebecca, butl all my friends call me Becky. Around 3 1/2 months ago I started this blog not knowing what I was going to talk about. My first blog I wrote didn't get much attention. I am very new to blogging, so please bare with me. I just recently finished my book I have been writing for a little over a year now. To be totally honest with you I have never written a book in my life. I researched everything I needed to do to follow the proper measures to publish my book, let me tell you "it's an never ending search engine out there," so you really have to limit and narrow your search down to a few, or else you'll be there forever. So long strory short, I wrote a synopsis and my query letters and began to send them out to publishing company's. It has been not only a welcoming challenge for me, and for awhile there a little overwhelming as well, which reminded me of the movie "Pretty Women," when Julia Roberts is at the Hotel waiting for kit, and then there sitting there, and Vivian (julia's character), say's to Kit "Who doe's it happen too, meaning fame, fortune, ect) maybe not in the same words, but the point meaning the same, "what does someone need to do to get noticed," wether your a stuggling actor,actrist, or even an aspiring writer. I believe there's a place and time for everyone to be recognized, patience is a virtual. All in good time my friends.
